Mongrel would have to be the most overrated characteristic of a player. Every team apparently needs it. Melbourne and the cowboys don't have an ounce of it in their game and they still manage to dominate. I'd rather players that stop dropping the ball and missing tackles.

But Melbourne and Cows have game managers on their side.
