We need a clean out at the roosters. The last time we did have a clean out, not long after we won a premiership. We have a lot of non performing players who aren't what they used to be and need to be moved on. We need to build on a new foundation not the old one which is crumbling or should I say has already crumbled.

Who do you replace them with? You can only pick from the squad we have. I am not sure we can come up with a better team considering suspensions, injuries and players lost from last year. Unfortunately it will take some time to rebuild the team. There were people on here suggesting givining the young guys a chance, need to be patient.

Look at the storm. A stack of injuries , but you could throw in any average player around Cronk & Smith. These guys also would help coach the team and build a winning culture.

If you're looking for help in "coaching" the team members, and especially the younger ones the difference with captain Smith is that he actually has a brain when compared with captain Friend..Once again he schooled Friend out there and that'll never change.. Friend is sadly light years behind Smith and Granville and even several others in the competition right now. Lets not forget Smith also plays out the 80 minutes each game without getting the basics wrong.
