If it were true....and providing Canberra would consider taking him back....he should go....and ASAP.
He has never really looked comfortable with us....even though his behaviour was mildly better.

TBH there is no point banning people from forums, all they do is come back with new IDs (often multiple ones) and we have to waste more time identifying them.

Also not saying it's done here, but lotsa forums pay trolls because stoopid discussions that get people worked up boost participation.
