Hey Moose - any chance you could correct that misquote? I didn't say that; quite the opposite, in fact.

Is it just me or do his rhyming 'sledges' sound a but lame? I know he's boxing royalty, but IMO his rhymes are severely dated

Yeah, ironic that his biggest fight came after retirement. Parkinsons sucks, it did for my grandfather. the fact that Ali lived with it for 30 years or so can be called a victory I reckon.

Fair enough, but Muhammad Ali changed his name because he thought Cassius Clay was a slave's name, which is good enough for me.

And if you you're going to call people exclusively by their birth names, then you're going to have to call half of Hollywood by names that no one has heard of.

Clay was a racist and an average human being.. his boxing feats are his only admirable feature..

Care to give some examples of how Ali was a "racist and an average human being" as you put it?

So what you're saying is that you didn't like him and you've used his death to make a point by calling him Clay.

Maybe it's time to give up the mic.

No I choose to call him by his name the one his parents gave him, I used to box a little and love the sport and wanted to pay respect to his abiilty as a boxer nothing more....
