Our current coach doesn't have the stomach for making the tough calls...

I think robbo has earned a chance of an off year, especially considering our start to the season that was out of his hands, although we all think we know what should happen to better the team, he still knows better.

If he was to miss the finals next year, new coach talks will be warranted.

So your saying the loss of Maloney, Jennings and. the decision not to sack Pearce. Was out of his hands? Maloney wanted to stay.. so too Jennings..

Jennings didn't want to stay, he was happy to leave.

Not sure what he could of done with sheck, seems his mind was set. Maloney was probably the biggest blunder, but with cordner and jwh injury, and the idiotics of pearce, i can hardly blame our coach for that. I'm not pearce's greatest fan, but why would robbo sack him? I can't say if there is a split in the camp or not, but it is up to robbo to demand and get the best out of the players, i think more players should be on match payments like our garbo mate, you see how much he wants to be there when he is on the field.

                        No bro.

We desperately need a new captain though.

Rightly or wrongly the club had decided that they wanted Jackson Hastings to be our future and giving James Maloney the long term deal that he was after was not feasible and the club decided to go with Hastings.

I do not believe that Ivan Cleary would do any better with our squad and current situation.

He wasn't happy just knew his long term future was secure at a club on the up..
