I'd **** off friend before either of those 2. Besides half of 2010 and all of 2013 Friend has been a pedestrian player, and has regressed even more this year.

How this fat prick can't just lose some weight to be able to play 80 mins of footy without being gassed 25 mins into each half truly is beyond me

That post is just mind boggling moronic. Not many fat pricks who gas in 25 minutes go on to make 9 hit ups for 81m 2 offloads and 65 tackles in a game played in pouring rain. His kicking game was off. But in case you didn't notice the quality of players across the park was low. The heavy downpour might have contributed..

I understand you but too much on his plate with shit halves..........plus we need a forward with a tackle count as friend must of done over 50 tackles ...I wont bag a bloke too much who is making a genuine effort but Toupo??????? Why let Jennings go for this bloke ?????????
Toupo was one season hit wonder time to let him go.

Jayden Nikorima is just not ready for first grade rugby league football and it does his development and our team no benefit to continue to play him in first grade.

Perhaps it is time to give Joe Burgess another game if he has been playing well in reserve grade.

My only criticism of Friend is he should run out on the paddock promising to not do any 6th tackle plays. He doesn't possess the ability. 1 in 50 come off.

He makes 50 tackles a game because coaches target him as a soft spot in our defence. It's not like he is dropping people one on one, he just gets pushed back until others come in to help.

If he lost some weight and gained some fitness the tackle count wouldn't phase him so much.

Yeah we have young halves, but friend barely gives them a chance to get involved. He takes over sets, puts in horrid kicks (his kicking game wasn't off tonight, that's just the level that he is able to kick at), and most importantly his decision making on which way to go stifles us. He runs us down the blindside so much I feel like Finch is back in the side.

Dropping Niko and a winger ain't going to change a thing while captain slow is still calling the shots in the middle

The best hookers in the game are of course rated by their hit up and tackle counts.....

He is a Supercoach's wet dream sure, but his overall influence on our side each week is resoundingly negative

I don't agree that Friend is a 'soft spot' in our defense. Defending in the middle of the field and playing 80 minutes I'm sure he is super fit.

friend is no capt. the amount of work he does leaves his ability to think quick minimal. its like watching a champion boxer in decline.
