From the sounds of it SBW's $600K is already in next year's cap.
But to answer your question I would take Hayne. With his new physique I think he would be better than when he left the NRL. Strength, fitness, speed.
SBW will offer less than when he was previously here on the field but would add a lot off.
I'm also leaning towards Hayne. However, a ball playing backrower would be nice.
Then there is the Latrell factor to consider. The kid has shown that he's up to the task, or would 2 seasons and left centre be more beneficial to his development in the long term?

My only question with his new physique is whether he's still an 80 minute player. With NFL most players play like 5 minutes of each game, and there's like 10 games a year.
Not knocking NFL (I know little about it) but I suspect that playing 80 minutes a game (24 games a season or something), 3 tough Origin games and games for Australia... significantly different physical demands.
Neither...as IMO they're both too old in NRL terms...especially with the new interchange rules/number and with an Immortal on the radio seemingly championing the reduction to 6.
SBW struggled in the second year when he was here last time.

Tough one coz of Sonnys age. As much as I'd love to have Hayne we are desperate for a running second rower, edge runner, offloader. Call it what you want.
I don't think SBW will be playing anything like the same position as 2014. He will play out wide, maybe even centre, where his body will cope and his offload will win games.
He also brings some much needed discipline and professionalism to the Club.

Strength and speed yes, but I think Hayne would have lost some of his endurance which may be troublesome. I don't doubt he would gain it back however.
