Anybody else notice that the Roosters whingers come out when times are tough? They always attack players who performed alright and youngsters who are playing to complete exhaustion.

One of their pet hates is losing. 3 Losses in a row and the season's over... might as well turn off your teles because that means we'll definitely get the spoon.

These folk magically disappear and start praising the very players/coaches that they asked to be sacked as soon as they start winning again. No humble pie eating, no nothing...

Watch out for them. They are toxic and do not represent the true Roosters fanbase, who have a LITTLE more patience than an ice addict who has just gone for 3 minutes without a hit.

And whingers... pull your socks up boys. The movie has only just started - there's a lot more to come. Manly get a 5 day turn-around, we get 9 days. Expect us to give them a run for their money...

Next thing someone will be suggesting we sing the team song even after a loss like the Sharks supporters. This isnt a team of protected species. If they leak 100 points in 3 games then they deserve a kick in the backside just as much as the praise they would have got if they put on 100 points in 3 games. To criticise the team doesnt make you a fair weather supporter-it means that you actually give a crap. Best way to answer all this negativity coming from supporters,media and the like is to get out there and smash Manly next week.

I think fans have little idea about development - they expect every player who comes into grade to be a bona fide star - but it doesn't happen like that.
I mean, it took SKD about 8 years to become a really good footballer.

It's not the losses mate, it is the way the team played. Or rather didn't play. Two out of the three games they waved the white flag after just 20 mins.
