What about FPN who has not bent his ****ing back for 11 rounds
That's not true, he helped James Tamoe scope his try by pulling him towards the tryline, and then helping him fall down to score.
He also (with the other canoe) tried to do the same thing with Matt Scott (with 5 to go), but unfortunately, someone for got to tell JWH, who for some ridiculous reason, tackled Scott around the legs, and so he fell short of the line.

What is going on with that at the moment? Some of our players seem to be trying to chop them down at the legs, but its a very hit and miss method? Anyone have any ideas?

Unlike every other team, who have a defensive structure of 2 up top (to stop the offload) and 1 down low to stop the leg drive, we have the scattergun approach. This is where the Canoes' cuddle and let the player move another 10 metres forward, whereas Myles and JWH generally go low. As a result, no one seems to know what the other palyer will do, so it ends up a rabble. Watch Melb and St Merge. Every player knows their role in tackle, whether it's the 1st, 2nd or third in, the relevant player knows what part of the tackle to implement.

Personally I thought that try was the biggest load of bulls**t from the refs all night. There was supposedly a rule introduced this year stating that no teammate of an attacker can drive a player into the in-goal and assist in the scoring of a try. I saw the use of that rule go against us in the round 3 Toyota cup match against the dogs this year. The worst part was the useless ref last night said to the video ref as he sent it upstairs "I want to check the drive". Well I'd like to know what the f**k constitutes assistance in scoring a try if that didn't..there's no way tamou gets over without fai fai Loa pushing him another 5 metres.
