Apparantly Catherine Lumby has put forward a new policy for the NRL. If a player wants to make a pass at a girl, he will need to fill out and submit Form 55C in triplicate and await club sanctioned approval. If the girl would like to take up the players advance, she will need to complete and submit Form 66C including having a 'release form'. signed by her parents.

She has also requested that NRL Officials be present at every pub and club in Sydney to ensure that these 'poor girls' are protected by these Monsters.

He accepted that the rehab venue was both his initiative and being 'instructed' by the club. Jones had some insightful things to say beforehand about surveillance and the laws in NSW. It's worth a listen.

Will the aforementioned costs of administering this course of action come out of the club's salary cap?
