In that way, shape or form are they a better team than us?

Ignoring the fact that they always beat us, and look at their team.

You want to talk about class in the backs. Leutele, Beale, Feki, Townsend. What a bunch of plodders. At least all of our backline players have talent, albeit inexperienced.

And in the forwards they aren't getting any younger. Gallen, Lewis, Ennis, Heighington. Add in a ploddy bench and I don't see how they will finish above us.

As for the Warriors, Cleary will be coach by May. Still, they are weak minded and poor defensively. They'll pick up points around Origin as usual but ultimately flatter to deceive. RTS is in for quite a culture shock.

We'll finish above both.

We were 4 wins better than them last year. Take Maloney, RTS, and Jennings out of our side and add Maloney to theirs, and I think its quite reasonable that we could have won a couple games less and they won a couples games more.

Cronulla are my darkhorse to make the grand final this year. They've been there or thereabouts for the past 2 years, and their purchases for 2016 are going to make them a real force IMO. Not in the top tier, but able to beat anyone on their day (think roosters 2010 rather than roosters 2013).

I'm happy with what the players we have and really excited by some the young guys.
We take time to work out that Mitchell should be at full back , Fergo back in the centres , but Robbo will persist.
We will see the emergence of some young players , Manu , Leuluai , Mitchell , not to mention our new halves.
We have great depth in our back 5 and any number of players will slot in if needed.
Cordner and JWH will also take some time to get back to match fitness , but be firing by the end of the season.
If we can keep the front row rotation fit and healthy , suspension free , look out!

The only way SBW would be signed for this year is if we had a major injury to either Cordner or Guerra right before finals.

32 points (with a good differential) made the top four last year. That is achievable for us. Watch.

I think the top 4 will come from Bris, Storm, Parra, Manly, Easts and Cowboys.

Souths and Warriors to struggle and could miss playoffs.
