If the thread has been deleted for legal or other reasons would it be to much to ask that the mod who deletes the thread start a closed sticky thread explaining what has happened?

Is this going to be the 2015 version of the Chookpen again? I thought things had progressed.

I can answer that pretty easily. Commenting on a court case that's either been set down for a start or is under judicial review is sub judice and could be construed as attempting to pervert the course of justice.

Just google Lionel Murphy and see what happens with that.
