If the club doesn't like the decisions the coach is making, then they can change coaches, but I would fully expect Robbo to be able to make the call on Pearce's future and not waiting for the board or even worse the NRL to be the enforcers.

The thing about Robbo (and any great boss) is the protection of their subordinates, and team unity, from outside forces, regardless of their subsequent re/action behind closed doors.
