But is a comparison fair between Freddy and Smiff mate???

One is a rookie and the other has had 15 + years at the top level of coaching in this country alone, after a long apprenticeship in the lower grades.

Say Freddy wanted to drop a few players, who would he bring in??? Newtown are shit and the U20s arent much better.

    You know it makes sense.

It's the "Nah, she'll be right mate" attitude of Fittler that bothers me as coach..

Should we buy any players in the off season Brad..?? "Nah, she'll be right mate"

Maybe we should play with a game-plan this week.."Nah, she'll be right mate"..

It does not feel good to bag a person that I have admired for so long...

So I am going to stop now...

regardless of the form of the lower grade players, Freddy wont be able to make that many changes to the lineup. All players outside the top 25 will have to come out of our 2nd tier cap

Fitler is a legend but can't cut it at coaching right now.
The murmours are Gould has been helping but its not been mentioned because it hasn't worked.

Unfortunately I think he has to be cut or put in a very junior coaching role and train him up for 5 years at least.

Its a viscious circle.. Our hands were tied in recruitment end of 2008 because we had payed premium dollars for the star recruits we brought over in the past couple of years..

This is not an exaggeration.. Omeley, Mason, Anasta, Myles, Minichiello take up between 1.5-1.8 million of our cap..

exactly, Fittler quite clearly does not now how to coach

if we get flogged by over 100.. he'll find something positive to say, i used to think his optimism was a good thing, obviously it is not.

Noble.. i don't rate him much as a coach.. but i haven't watched that many games of his sides either

seen a bit of SL every now and then, his Wigan side is doing okay.. not great

Noble is not the man we need. Cant say he has the credentials to coach at NRL level.

                We need Sheens

I understand Dolphins concerns, look at brian smith and daniel anderson to an extent, both have had Victorious stints in the ESL, but when it has come to the NRL, both had not had the same amount of success.

but then again, noble may be different and in the end, as a coaching director, we need his experience in building a side and organising game plans with freddy.

Then again, the NRL salary cap has helped put away any sort of dynastic league team in the NRL, the ESL it is easier to build a team and keep key or core players.
