Since the manly game I have been questioning if Smith had lost the plot or lost the players control. By the Titans game I finally came to conclusion that we're not getting out of this mess, this year but some of you out there keep saying, 'It's only the 6th round, the 7th round the 8th round.... So when do we finally ALL agree that Smith has to go? Round 25, 2012? When?

When do I think he should go? - I want to see improvement from this point on. If this happens, he can see out the year and go into next year. If no improvement at all, then give him a one finger salute n make sure the door cracks him on the ar*e as after he walks through it in the next few weeks.
When will he actually go - If there is no improvement whatsoever then mid to end 2012 there should be enough pressure to ensure he gets a good n proper shafting.

I'm more ruthless than our management unfortunately because I'd sack him right now. But management is more patient than me, they'll allow smith more time to either save himself (which I think is unlikely) or to dig a deeper hole for himself (which I think is most likely because we will struggle to win any games this year the way it's going).

10 weeks is not a fair sample size to sack a bloke, lets see where this season goes first.Alcohol never solved any life problems.....then again neither did milk.

Lets not sack Smith cause who would we replace him with? Lets sack ALL the players who are not putting in!...And who would we replace them with? I think the argument goes both way but it's easier for a club to sack one person than to have mass culling of players. At the end of the day, the clubs like ours want success now not in 3 years time. Finance people don't like to look that far off

I've found it strange how calm he's been in all of the post match pressers. Its as if he's been told to do one thing and believes in another. He doesn't look surprised by the results he is wielding. I think he may just be biding his time until he is handed a sledge hammer to do what he likes and do things his way.
