Looking at the Warriors, a balance of salt & pepper is needed.

The brains trust (halves) at most clubs usually more salt than pepper.

In the US, how many quarter-backs are African-American?
Thats the piont crikey. The pepper are the muscle the salt are the brains. Have a look at Souths 6,7 & 9. Don't get me wrong the pepper are the most entertaining and gifted players on the field, but with 10 to go and the game on the line you need someone to kick for touch, or set up the forwards towards the sticks, not the harlem globe trotters.

I don't agree. I think it is very relevant and not racist. Perhaps the term 'canoe' could be considered racist but it is not meant with that intention. If we called them 'coconuts' that might be a different story.

Anyway, I love Polynesian players and we can't stereotype them all. For example, what do Benji Marshall and Mose Masoe have in common? Not much that I know of.
I think FPN is a perfect example of what we may call 'the canoe dilemma'. A superstar one day, MIA the next with very little clues left behind as to explain why.

Also, I don't think anyone is suggesting they should not be picked, it is more a matter of team balance. For example, if we have Banasta, Maubs and Symonds in the backrow it lacks the right balance. Similarly, a team of 17 coconuts (oops I mean Canoe) would be likewise imbalanced.

Two players that come to mind are FPN and Mose Masoe. On their day they look like world beaters and then they disapear into their canoe dreamtime. FPN is a lazy sack of shit if you ask me and I think he could be the next great salary cap burglar after Banasta. Mose Masoe at times looks like the toughest prop in the NRL and then the next week he is a pussy cat that looks like he is going into a coma after a 20 minute stint. What the fark is up with these guys?

You are the c that laid into for months.

Ten years of living in Asia has made me immune to racist criticism whether it is aimed at me or generated by me to others. For example, I am about 6 '2 and 92 kgs yet I called fat everyday by ignorant Chinamen. Don't even get me started about Koreans.
thats probably because of yuor own ignorance. at 6'2 and 92 kgs, that puts your BMI at just over 26. which means you are overweight, or as the ignorant chinamen put it "FAT"!

Nice one dummy. So what you are saying is that most footballers are indeed overweight or as the ignorant Chinamen call it "Fat".

                  Braith Anasta - 185cm - 97 kgs
                  Maubs - 181cm - 96 kgs (what a FAT mofo!)
Daniel Conn - 183cm - 104kgs (Holy shit call Jenny Craig)
Mitch Pearce - 181cm and 91kg ( Fark man call the Biggest Loser)

                  Fark off you retarded troll.

I guess they're to many black players in the NBA now and not enough Brains? - The brains of our team I.e Braith Anasta, Mitchell Pearce & the great Todd Carney have contributed a lot to our team this season.

This thread is ridiculous. It does not matter what what race or colour you are its a team effort and right now that has been lacking.

How is this very relevant all of a sudden? And no it is racist - you're exclaiming inherent differences in people's traits and capacities which are entirely due to their race.

                      Exhibit A.

You just did. What a condescending statement.

The what? What ''we'' may call? Are you serious? Don't draw rational beings into this garbage.

                      In what way exactly?
This has got to be the most derogatory thread I've seen on this place.

Are you superior of something MRIHK? If so, please enlighten us how. Would you a better job than our blokes out on the field?

Keyboard warrior if ever i've seen it. Give yourself an uppercut.

Benji Marshall is a class act as a player. Mose Masoe is hardly a first grader. They don't seem like they have a lot in common to me. So how is it a condescending statement? Please explain?

Benji is awesome and Mose goes into a coma after a 20 minute stint. In the old days he would have played for a pub team.
