Our doctor, John Orchard, actually went out of his way to complain about the lack of medical facilities in the Shire.

They were so bad we had to use our own portable massage table to treat Kane Linnett. It collapsed. Image the pain that would have caused him.

Then some idiot from Cronulla tries to intimate that we only complained because we lost the game.

The only thing I don't like about the new TV deal is that it may save that worthless club.

JT when I read that the massage table collapsd when Sugar Kane was on the table trying to get treated for his shoulder problems I thought how awful that situation must have been.

I have done both of my shoulders and the pain is indescribable.

For a VERY seasoned professional sports medicine practitioner like John Orchard to get as emotional ad angry about what happened as he did yesterday underlines that our guys were needlessly suffering,

you can't in all good conscience send blokes out into an environment where injuries will happen and not provide a means of helping them adequately when they do.

Couldn't let a thread with that name go untouched.
If my comrade from Korea, Ugly John comes out and has a whinge about poor facilities, then you can bet they are sub standard. Not good enough in a so-called professional game.
And if an injured players treatment is hampered by those poor facilities which causes further or a worsening of the injury which could have been avoided ....then surely the Sharks are opening themselves up to litigation ?
