That's very true...but when was the last time an opportunity was created for Jake to snipe?

Jake Friend will take over Cameron Smith's position as long term Queensland hooker in three or four years time.

He's in the Queensland SOO Development squad so that must be the plan.

Jake is the best defender our club has at the moment. He will make close to 50 tackles each game, for the smallest player on the field, that is a bloody good effort in my books

He looks like an Origin player even if he wasn't in the development squad. Not so much his skill base or the quality of his game as yet, but the fact that he plays tough and plays long minutes. Kennedy is another one. These are the types of forwards/hookers we need at the club, not the JWH, FPN's and Anasta's of the world. Sadly, we are only going to have two of them at the club once Myles goes, when really we need three or four.
