Some positive news for the Roosters, with winger Sam Perrett all but likely to return to the line-up next week.

That's great news Mr Past Glory. It should give the team a bit of a boost and us supporters.
    Go Easts.

I still reckon that Pez's best position is fullback..

I rather him at fullback than limiting Carney's attacking options on the wing.

i still can't believe how many people bag out perrett, he's quick, strong and agile. He may nto be the best finisher in the comp and wing may not be his best position, but for those that think he isn't deserving of a FG position every week, you're kidding yourselves, his dummy-half running alone is worth having hi in the side for, and imo he's one of the only blokes in our team that gives 100% every week (not many do unfortunately)...even when he's having a poor game he still chimes in with his trademark 10 metre dummy-half runs which are invaluable, none of our other backs or even our hooker provide that and that's simply because sam is quick, strong, agile and is willing to out his body on the line and then gets up and gives us a quick play the ball as well, i'd even go as far as saying we may have won a few games this year of he had been there (e.g. titans, dragons etc.- where we struggled to get out of our own half). He takes a lot of pressure off the forwards and still does a solid job on the wing! This is a bloke we have to keep until he finishes his career, a great bloke on the field, but also (and more importantly for our club right now) an amazing bloke off the field, an unsung hero of the game and a bit of an underrated winger. Luv ya sammy, can't wait to see you back in the R,W AND B!!!

I should have said 'watch the two wingers go missing today'.
