Week 1 Finals predictions

What is everyone's opinion on who will win this week?

Roosters v Storm

Dogs v Dragons

Broncos v Cowboys

Sharks v Vermin

For me, I feel that the Dogs and Broncos are specials, whilst Souffs will give the Sharks a run for their money. Everyone will be writing them off and the Sharks will be quite deflated after yesterday's loss.

In regards to us, I would have preferred to play the Sharks as I think we would have got them this week. I think we should still win this week, however if Smith is on song then it's going to be very close. Cronk is obviously key as is Munster who looks to be a very good player. Green also compliments the rest of the spine nicely so we will for sure have to be on our game. But if we turn up with the same attitude in defence as we did against Souths on Friday, we should come home on top.

It's a huge match for us.

Not that I worry about the Dogs without Hodkinson. Thyr lack an organiser. The Lichaa injury was great for them though. Cook is much better.

We'll have to beat them to be the true premiers. It's like the Dogs in 02...what if.

I'm backing all the faves; Roosters, Broncos, Dogs, Sharks. However there is always one upset and I reckon the most closely matched game is Cowboys vs Broncos.

That's interesting, if we were to lose week 1 and win week 2 .... wouldn't we still get the home game in week 3 seeing that we finished higher than the Qld teams ?

We finished higher than vermin last year and had to play at ANZ

I think we'd have to go to Suncorp or Townsville
