I think people are reading too much into that video. No doubt he has regrets about leaving his mates and the club but he will not renege on the $800K.

I don't think Roger would have a clause in his contract saying that he only wants to be coached by McFadden.
He is leaving and we need to move on.

The Warriors club and set up will be nothing like the Roosters, the coaching etc will be nothing the same, and he'll be a flop.
