Between Hastings, Mitchell, and now Nikorima we have a lot of young potential battling for some first grade positions next year.

I know how much of a loss Maloney and RTS are, but jeez these guys could be quite a group of players.

Besides Hastings pretty much wrapping up a halves spot, where do you think some of these other young blokes will get a run next year?

It looks like Nikorima will nab a bench utility spot. Aside from that he's fantastic depth should anything happen to Pearce or Hastings.

As for Mitchell, unless he develops rapidly i don't think it'd hurt if he spent most of the year in reserve grade playing against men. Who knows, maybe by midyear he'll be ready to step up.
