  • Moa's injury

Apparently it's a dislocated wrist that requires surgery.

    Sounds pretty serious.

Fingers crossed his season isn't over.

We still have Liu to come back and Matagi as tremendous depth which is now very handy. Also Hastings was fabulous off the bench at the end and really added something.

Point being we can cover his absence but all the same here's hoping we'll see him again in 2015.

Dislocations always depend on how much nerve damage has been done, could be anything from a couple of weeks to season ending.

He certainly maintains the rage off the bench.

          Such powerful runs.

There's no doubt he'd be a loss. Let's hope the injury bug isn't about to strike at the worst possible time.

            From the Yahoo7 match report:

"It was soured slightly by a wrist injury to prop Sam Moa, who is expected to miss two weeks."

            Hopefully that's all......

It could be as little as two weeks that he is out for, so fingers crossed!

The Roosters hold off a huge fightback by Canterbury, sneaking home with a 38-28 victory at the Sydney Football Stadium.

Napa and Evans have out shone Sammy this season so I think we finally have the depth to cover him. No one will know how long he is out until scans, if he has severe ligament damage it could be the season. He will be a loss but not as bad a loss as someone like JWH or RTS or evening jennings.

Almost like a clone of Sammy.

I did like the free advertising for St Vincent's Hospital last night. Does Gordian have the Gyng on speed dial? I know Kings Cross E.R. hasn't been on lately.

That's better than i expected so it's good news.

He can still maintain some level of fitness with a modified training schedule.

Absolutely no way have either outshone Moa. Neither play the same game Moa does. He is not as exciting as Evans, nor does he hit like Napa. But his constant go forward with super fast play the ball is better than the other two. His runs are momentum builders. Nothing flashy, but very effective. I believe if the coach had to pick 1 of the 3 to play he would choose Sammy , closely followed by Napa.

Yes. I have a man crush on Sam Moa.
