Great win against the odds, no JWH, no Moa, No Jennings and a Cummings. But the biggest obstacle was the dragquuens having 3 halfs to 1.

MOTM, SKD for the Roosters, Draggoons best was the myth Pearce for his assist to half of the drags tries, without him Roosters would have won easily.

Gotta say well done to the Roosters minus 3 or your stars.

I think you will be hard to beat come the finals. Suspect it is going to be you and Cowboys in the big dance.

A few years ago we bid for Pearce's services...looks as though we get them for a couple of games a year without damaging our salary cap.

Once again you were too good for us.

At least one of them was for nothing whatsoever.Originally posted by Burnt Rooster View Post\. Once again Maloney gave away his ususal 3 of 4 dumb penalities, I for one wont be sorry to see the last of him

It should be noted that St Merge were in full milking mode in the rucks last night. Plenty of voluntary tackles falling onto their knees, half getting up, crawling off mark, putting head in groin of marker and falling forward and over. Earned them quite a few penalties. Provided a splendid spectacle.

NYC boys missing a lot of their best players tonight, no Mitchell/Hastings/Watson/Butcher/Meehan/Lussick, no NYC side will perform missing 6 of their best players.
Mitchell should be good to go next wee\k in front of his home crowd.
Watson was getting about in a moon boot. Could be back next week or the following.
Butcher recovering from a shoulder op. Out indefinitely.
Meehan training with the squad. Was there last night watching his team mates. ?? return to play.
Lussick recovering from a hand injury. Could be back next week or the following.

Milne was put on report twice

Noticed as well, when the u20s receive a penalty near their try line, it takes about 5 mins to decide what they are going to do and in that time the Dragons have got their defensive line in position
