If I don't get this off my chest I'll drop dead with a freakin coronary soon. My 2nd wife is worried, she is new to League and to the Roosters, and cannot understand why I get so stressed watching them, and has asked me to stop watching. I'm sure you know my reply to that, it's unprintable.
What a fkn mess we are!!!!!! I cannot remember a team dominating so much possession and looking so bereft of ideas on how to score. I thought last game was bad, until I watched tonight's game!!!! When was the last time a team had 57% possession and a million tackles inside the opposition 20 without scoring? 2 games in a row? C'mon, a coach would have corrected the errors from last week you'd think.
Our 1/2 looks so clueless it's frightening , especially if he doesn't a decent, ball playing 5/8 outside him. BJ and Graham are not fkn wingers. Mini should be told he IS NOT a ball player, and should be running and catching balls, not passing them. Shift him to the wing to minimise his passing opportunities.
Anasta IS NOT a fkn 5/8. Play him as lock or cut him from the team. If he doesn't like sticking his head in the scrum, then he should get acquainted with the Cowboys' coach. We have a multitude of talented 2nd rowers that can do alot more work than him.
Jake Friend and Mr Kennedy need to be on the field a lot longer.
Finally someone should kindly request from our coach, Mr Smith, to draw up some attacking moves to be used inside the opposition 20. Maybe have some decoy runners, or players running into 1/2 gaps , or anything that resembles a set move because at the moment we look worse than a fkn pub team inside the opposition 20.
Normally I have one rant a year towards the end of the season. To have it now goes to show how diabolical we have been ( in the backs mainly).
