now is as good a time as any to remind the rest of the competition why we are still competition favourites, no Slater is a big bonus for us.

Hastings is not playing NYC so it looks like we will have to wait another week before Fergo returns.

I don't know if he's staying but I've heard he's not on Roger's level and that it's the other winger, Charlie Taylor with the big future.

if he wasn't a Tuivasa-Sheck he wouldn't be playing for us, doesn't even have close to the talent of RTS, not sure why the club are wasting a spot in NYC by persisting with him, surely there are some other long term prospects who would be a better option.

Thanks RR2, I've heard that Roger's talents have alot to do with him being one of the hardest workers, training wise & although he looks like it's all God given talent, he has developed his skills through hard work, so maybe Johnny can do similar with hard work, I suppose that's up to him though, anyway I'll keep an eye out for Charlie Taylor. Just another question without notice, have we re-signed Dan Tupou? I wouldn't be surprised, if we haven't yet, that we may not, after all he would be asking for bigger money now that he's a 2 series SOO player & although he can leap higher than most,, geez he can get ragdolled & with the talent that's coming through, it might be wiser to allow him to test the market, just MHO.

another bi-polar performance from the NYC boys were down 29-10 after 45 minutes and now lead 32-29 with 5 minutes to go, they are missing Hastings goalkicking with 7 tries and 2 goals.

I reckon we'll win well tonight. We absolutely should have beaten them down in Melbourne. Unfortunately Nene Macdonald is perhaps the only modern day winger that doesn't know how to finish a try scoring move well in the corner.
