I sense BBQ will go to the highest bidder.
Don't think POS will enter a bidding war.

Hastings isn't even the best halfback in the U20's what makes u think he will be a better halfback than Pearce?

Personally I'd rate Pearce miles ahead of Trent "Steven Bradbury" Hodkinson. Friday night showed what an overrated half Hodkinson really is.
          Comment of the year:

Andrew Johns, Semi-Final vs North Queensland ,

"It's touched Lui's hand and travelled forward but that's not a knock on"

If Maloney chases the $$ who in your opinion replaces him??? It's not as if there's a plethora of young, experienced halves on the open market. Sezer was an option but Canberra waved better money.

We signed Jacko & continue to develop him for a reason. The money we free-up from BBQ will be invaluable.

They've picked Pearce at 6 as a ready made excuse/scapegoat for when they lose, Daley will keep his post. 'see we played him and we still lost" The whole thing stinks of politics.
This is why it's taken NSW nearly ten years to win a series. All they do is select players out of position or so called 'nigglers' to put the opposition off their game never a competitive
squad that can execute their own game plan.
I've always believe halves come as a package unless you have two freakish talents e.g. Johns/Fittler. Stick to combos Sutton/Reynolds,
              Hodkinson/Reynolds or why not Pearce/Maloney.
