  • Ho hum Whitman

    1

    O CAPTAIN! my Captain! our fearful trip is done;
    The ship has weather’d every rack, the prize we sought is won;
    The port is near, the bells I hear, the people all exulting,
    While follow eyes the steady keel, the vessel grim and daring:
    But O heart! heart! heart! 5
    O the bleeding drops of red,
    Where on the deck my Captain lies,
    Fallen cold and dead.
    barbarian ......arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!!!!!

      You're right. Pearce had a very ordinary game. Not quite dead yet though. His chances of playing for NSW are however very cold and dead on the deck.

        Good. The sooner he realises he is not an origin player the better. Let another nuffie get beaten up for three games a year until the next freddie/joey emerges.
        Comment of the year:

        Andrew Johns, Semi-Final vs North Queensland ,

            Screw Whitman, try Henley's Invictus.

            In the fell clutch of circumstance
            I have not winced nor cried aloud.
            Under the bludgeonings of chance
            My head is bloody, but unbowed.

            SUPER DRAGON!

              Wow did Don Henley really write that? That's great. I'll have to listen more closely to The Eagles' lyrics from now on.

                    More like sex pistols...
                    The captain of this lugger
                    He was a dirty bugger
                    He wasn't fit to shovel shit
                    From one place to another

                    [Chorus:]
                    Friggin' in the riggin'
                    Friggin' in the riggin'
                    Friggin' in the riggin'
                    There was **** all else to do
                    Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

                        The cabin boy was fitter (SKD)
                        He fell on a broken glass
                        and circumsized his stiffer
                        Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe
