Surely the people in charge of the NRL can work out what's going on though. Every year the Roosters are the most penalised whilst Souths are the least penalised. Souths also receive the most penalties whilst the Roosters receive the least.

I'm not suggesting that there is some huge conspiracy against us but I do think a lot of referees definitely have something against the Roosters.
