It's an asset that is severly underrated.

Fittler's step was hardly Marshall-esque in its execution, but Freddy didn't miss a beat - if anything, he actually accelerated through the movement. I'll never forget Royce Simmons talking about how he knew that step was special way back when Freddy debuted, in an article before the '04 Grand Final: "The only difference now is the whole rugby league world knows about that step, and they still can't stop it."

When Carney can do this, he is nigh-on unstoppable. We should give him all the time he needs to get both his head and his groin right.

Justin Carney just had a bad game on the weekend. He is still a pretty good centre, and I am backing him to improve every week from now untill the season ends.

Me too. It was a pretty horrific injury he had.

likely to be just a rumour an wont happen.

We have a better chance of getting Coote and then Locke.
With all the issues Toddy has had I doubt he would get his visa in the UK.

I must be in the minority, but I find it hard to get overly enthused about the prospect of getting Lachlan Coote

Good point about the visa for Carney. Crocker never did a thrid of what Carnage has and he wasnt even considered for his visa

The strong Aussie dollar could help lure Pom's out. It would be worth about an extra third on their wages if they sent the money home.
