Round 7 Non-Roosters Games comments

I thought I'd start this cause sometimes we're watching other games and we want to discuss them without having to create a thread for every game. I'd seen this on other forums so I thought it was a good idea and hopefully we can make one every week.

My first comment regading non Roosters games for this round is... I wish I was watching the Dogs v Manly game. Saints and Broncos bore me but...Thems the breaks.
How did we ever lose to the broncos?

But I'd be a bit pissed off if the Sharks don't beat the pets at Cronulla.

We discuss other games frequently on this forum anyway but JT has to keep his reputation of being a tool. He'll probably write to Buzz about since he's into that.

As for the games, I fell asleep at the dragons game. Bored shuttles...They are beatable but being that our team like to lose to crap teams often then it's 50/50 who'll win Anzac.

I rarely watch channel 9 games but tuned in for the last 5 minutes of the Steelers game.

Had to laugh when Warren said "there are 13,000 fans although 97% of them would be Dragons supporters...".

If the same applied to a Roosters home game it would have been a "disappointing " crowd.

The sooner another channel wins the rights the better.

Old slow and frequently injured I think. How do you seem him? It was discussed by some before the start of the season, and me being one of those, that if RTS wasn't up to it at FB that Trent might have Fergo in mind as FB. I even heard some commentators mention it too. Since RTSs Form this year we probably put that out to rest but since his announcement, I think Fergo would be back in line to be FB post RTS, I feel. We'll see.

Enjoyed NOT watching the RL last night. If enough of us boycott Ch9 & NRL (non Roosters games), it will hurt their hip pocket and they'll be forced to act.

I can never bring myself to listen to Hadley. Even if we are playing I struggle with it.

The ball-playing aspect to his game is second to no other fullback in the NRL however he's age/injury prone is a concern.

Rumour has it that he's still sulking about his brothers treatment and may seek an early release.
