The NRL and particularly Tony Archer know about all this. They know the club and fans know about it.
But they also know there is nothing we or even the club can do about it. They will simply say stick your statistics up your arses, we will keep doing whatever we want. If challenged they will say nothing, or that we just referee it the way we see it on the day.
I think this is why the club doesn't say anything - they are smart enough to also know there is nothing at all that can be done to stop the NRL screwing us. It's just too easy in rugby league to referee games in a biased way - offfside, ruck infringements - they are all subjective. Discretionary penalties rule the day.
We are at their mercy unfortunately. We have to be twice as good as anybody else, as we were in 2013. We were only 50% better than anyone else in 2014 - that wasn't enough.
That is tantamount to match fixing. I'm quite sure the betting agencies who lose money on Roosters games won't cop it for too much longer. Watch what happens.
