  • does Moa cop a charge for his high shoulder hit on friday night

hasn't really been discussed much since Friday night, but it will be interesting viewing the NRL charge sheet this afternoon and whether Moa cops a grade 1 dangerous contact charge or not, there wasn't a lot in it but the NRL have been handing out charges for nothing incidents all seasons.

although not in his best form we can't afford to lose Moa at this point given the injuries/suspension we already have.

the drongos received and on the field penalty for the high shot and that may have eliminated the charge. the post game charges are the ones which hurt the most as the reduce the points if a penalty was awarded

Looked like a charge to me at the time as I thought it was with the shoulder. Not surprised he is missing a week given the way our boys have been graded this year.

Always makes me laugh when we get charged with petty shit like this, while any of the Burgess ****sticks could rape an opposing player on field and be let off with no case to answer (after Pappas wrote them a tremendous character reference of course)

yep 1 week, only way he plays if he contests the charge and wins, not much chance of that as there was contact with the head.

can't believe Frizell was charged with a grade 5 careless high tackle, surely that should have been in the reckless category it was an old fashion swinging arm.

While I think it's BS he was even charged, he's been well below par so far this year and on current form won't be missed.

Re Frizell - Had it of been JWH or Graham they'd be looking at weeks on the side line.

I beg to differ especially with the likely replacement being Manu.

Manu would struggle to make the Bondi United A grade team.

Does Robbo owe him a favour or something.

I don't get it. Where are our standards!

Guerra is out. Meehan is out. Who else is there? Papalii or Setu.

                          Papalii, maybe

I think Robbo assumed that the Sharks game was going to be a walk in the park and offered Manu some game time.

The Storm pack are very good. This game will be won or lost in the forwards imo.

Isaac Liu will play front row, they will find a new back rower off the bench. Front row rotation will be JWH, Napa, Liu and Evans. Tauikeaho will play lock and act as the other middle third player
