  • Jake Mamo and Tom Trbojevic

Both fullbacks are off contract at the end of this season and are full of potential.
May be worth investing in one of them as insurance just in case Mitchell is not ready for NRL next season.
I think Mamo is one of the fastest players in the comp, but unsure about his defensive capabilities.

Mamo I'd take any day. Freak of a footballer and is a ferrari when it comes to speed. He's a bit like tedesco in his running style and support play.

Both good suggestions or better at least than the ones posted in the last few days. I'd cut off my own d**k before signing Nathan Gardner.

Hmmm I don't think Trobojevic is off contract.

And we don't need a young fullback imo. We already have the best teenager in the country so I wouldn't be signing a youngster who isn't even ready to be a first grade fullback themselves.

Spot on! That is why I would like to see us sign Folau for 1 or 2 seasons. He is a ready made superstar, and with Smith's discretionary fund, we could get him with not too much counting towards our salary cap. Latrell Mitchell would then be ready to take over the fullback spot in either 2017 or 2018. I think Folau would be interested in coming back to league, after the rugby world cup is finished this year.

The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!

          Here's looking at you, kid.

The player that really impresses me is Cameron Munster ( Easts Brisbane and Storm ).
He is a gifted player fullback and centre easily.

0 chance the NRL foots the bill for a marquee talent like Folau to come to us.

Its all Managers trying to get the best deal for their player. Trobojevic will stay at Manly with his brother, can't see them ever leaving the club.

Mamo we don't need, he is small and we have some fast outside backs coming through in the 20s who can play anywhere in the backline. Hang onto our dough .

If Smiths slush fund was paying most of Folaus contract, thereby no t counting too much to our salary cap.......every club would be after him.

                      I like Mamo.

He's fast, safe, good finisher and has a great temperament.

I wonder what his market value is?

Spot on, he was great for the Storm yesterday.

Filling in for Slater has got to be one of the hardest jobs in footy, and he handled it very well.

Once Mitchell is ready, Munster could move to centre. Problem solved.

Having said all that, I'm not sure what his contract situation is.......
