  • apparently the raiders are in on the SKD sweepstakes

an article on the Canberra times website suggests that we are looking at Alex Johnstone and if we grab him that SKD could end up at the Raiders.

    They can have Tupou.

I would rather the club do everything to change the mind of RTS.

who knows what is going on behind the scene's at the club, just hope they get the contract situations of Maloney/SKD/Toups sorted out soon so the team as a collective can get back focusing on football.

I've been a fierce critic of skd for some time now .Sure he makes some dumb mistakes but I have to say he really stands up during the big games . There was a slight misread last night but he was effective in his runs .sadly the same can't be said for D.T . Gets driven back to fire and doesn't compete for many bombs whether it's due to blocking or bad kicks etc . He just isn't effective as he once was. The club is in a delima cause we can't pay overs for both of them . That would be crazy

Happily let them both go. Big contracts for outside backs doesn't seem like a great idea to me. Prefer to have room in our cap for a Maloney replacement, potentially a new fullback, as well as a good prop (depending on what happens with the interchange rule). A 5/8 and fullback will cost a pretty penny to say the least...

Happy for SKD to get a big payday at the Raiders (or any club for that matter), rather than at the Roosters. I'd wish him all the best and send him on his way.

Yep. He is past his best. He is now just a cap thief.

I thought SKD was one of our best last night.

I've changed my mind on skd. I hope he stays. Third on our all time try scoring list. Soon to be second. Hope he stays. He'd be the type of bloke to knock back a bigger offer for the rwb. But I suppose the loyalty card is only pulled for players leaving us.

SKD is one of the best in the comp at running early in the set. Plus he is one of the most popular in the side. I hope he stays - but not on centre money.

                        He will stay.

                        I hope.

I don't mind if he stays. Although if there was anyway that his money could be used to keep RTS then sorry Skiddsy.
I hope Tupou goes to Parra to be honest. Last night did it for me.

His skill is questionable but no one could ever question his commitment. I hope we re-sign him. Let the big girl on the wing go. His meters 'gained' average per game this year must be about -50.
