I'll be amazed if that incident is even cited given the club that scum bag burgarse plays for are the darlings of the NRL.
As for the Roosters, Guerra should plead guilty and wipe his slate clean. I don't remember Jennings' incident and Napa, well, who knows what will happen there. Also, I'm not holding my breath expecting the Sharks player who broke Guerra's jaw to be cited.

Channel 9 only showed a brief replay. It was a front-on forearm to Gallen's chin. Difficult to tell if it was a swinging arm.

i like the combo of Napa and Evans off the bench. Certainly don't loose a lot after JWH and Moa come off the park. They have taken their game to the next level so far this season.
