  • Ruling clarification

That pass from Graham to Carney that went over his head to bomb a try.

Why did the Dragons have a kick for touch from the 20M? Was there something that happened that wasn't shown on the TV?

Not sure on that one,but the Drags first try was a knock on by Nightingale which went unnoticed by everyone..
He clearly touches it with his hand before Gasnier scores!

That was a penalty for offside from the restart

The first try wasn't a knock on from nighty wearer. It was the forward pass from dummy half on tackle 1. After they scored, the refs decided pull up the next 2.

The ruling is Smith is an idiot if he thinks Phill the dill is better than Kane the brain.

Penalty from the restart was ridiculous. And by that I mean the rule. From the rulebook - there is supposed to be no advantage from the start of play.

Instead, teams take a quick tap at the 20m with the defence offside, get a penalty and are 35m from their line with minimal effort. In fact, teams often don't get a chance to get onside at the restart.

Meanwhile, the quick taking of a penalty - where a side has actually done something wrong - is not allowed, it seems.

Harrigan's Brave New World I can live without. And they still don't know what a knock-on looks like.
