  • All hail Carney..

    Think of:

    Broncos without Lockyer
    Tigers without Marshall
    Cowboys without Thurston

    etc etc..

It's now undebatable that we need Carney in our team to play to our potential. He just makes everything in our team click.. He provides the spark and the finishing touches to everything we do. God help us if he suffers a long term injury. Hopefully the only games he misses are Origin..

Like against Manly? Like against the dogs? Its got nothing to do with Carney. Its got to do with the fact that we are by far the dumbest team in the comp. Penaltys, crap passes. Poor discipline all over the park. We even did our best to lose to the Tigers. Everytime in the last 20 minutes we had them in great position, coming off their own line, we gave away a stupid penalty to keep them in it. Smith has done nothing to get this out of their game and until he does, Carney isn't gonna make a hoot of differnece.

Carney is straight jacket material at the moment.

Not remotely close to what he was last year.

I think that stat means jack to be honest

                  He's playing on one leg.

It's essentially "without carney" for the whole of 2011 as far as im concerned

But yes, the problem lies deeper and isn't all about the one player at the moment

Spot on John, doesnt take a Einstein to figure. But these blokes dont get it, does the coach get it, does the captain get it ?

THen add to the penalties all the handling errors and make the whole thing worse.

Carneys the man. Everyone's giving him a hard time. He has been injured, had some personal issues. Carney is so talented. Once he comes good, roosters will. It might take some time but why give in on them? If we can't support them when we're losing, than we're not true supporters. Back in the day Fittler had to play for us to win, carneys the same

Carney won't help as this team has massive issues that his presence won't resolve.

Carney is the NRL's version of Soccer's George Best...

Brilliant...but a tragic fight with booze in their life...
