Is BJ good enough to be a first-grade standard winger?

Both wingers made mistakes tonight as did our fullback. I dont know how the players in N.Y.C. and Newtown are shaping up but believe ideally we need two wingers, a fullback and a prop that can eat up some metres. Iwill say Kennedy played a dominant game along with Myles, Masoe and the mistake ridden Hargreaves. Pearce really put in a strong effort but we badly lacked go forward from the entire team. I never believed Anasta would would make it as a forward and tonight I wonder if he really is a five eighth. Four losses in six games is demoralising to the supporters and their club. Its time for Smith to penalise players with poor performance and discipline with stints in the lower grades.

There is no questioning BJ's potential but if he is going to reach that it won't be out on the wing. He is not fast enough, not tall enough and he can not position himself defencibly. I say move him now before it ruins his career. If that means a stint with Newtown unitl he is big and tough enought to play in the forwards then so be it.

Where he's playing isn't the problem, it's his decision making in general.

We have 2 MASSIVE... no ***MASSSSSSSSSSIVE!!!!!*** wingers. Not many choices though:
- Graham (is a real winger but it past his days.)
- Mini (is a real winger but he is past his days and is a FB anyway... another position we don't have anybody for.)
- J Carney is all pecks and arms... no legs. Needs to lay off the 'roids and gym work, grow about 1m taller + do some squats/track work. When he loses the pecks/arms his ball skills will return, right now his arms struggle to extend beyond his pecks, so the ball just bounces off his pecks.
- BJ is a typical big islander... no speed/agility, but a lot of strength and passion. Considering he is a back rower/centre he does a decent job out on the wing.
When we signed all those back rowers we should have thought about our FB/winger situation. The irony is that we're rubbish in the forwards (bar Kennedy and Friend) ... and Kennedy's a random, not a star signing!!! Mid last season he got sick of playing for the Jets and randomly turned into a machine!!
Sorry I'm just emotional... I should shut up, but gawd it annoys me how we simply don't have players for certain positions.

Like Sa, BJ is best in the backrow or coming off the bench.
