Imho you've named the four coaches who are daylights ahead of the rest.

We are very lucky to have one of them, and Hasler and Bellamy have only ever coached one club. I would expect Bellamy in particular to thrive anywhere, but there is always some doubt until they do it.

So many factors affect results that it is often difficult to pin down just exactly how the coach has performed. One of the reasons I rate Smithy so highly is that he has gone to six different clubs (in Australia and England) that for one reason or another have been in extremely poor shape and dramatically lifted the performance of every single one of them. That can't be a coincidence and is immeasurably more significant than the fact that he's lost a few grand finals.

Junglefowl I totally agree with you. Smithy is an incredible coach and the most underrated because he does not have the titles to show for it. To me, Smithy has by far achieved more than Bennett. Lets hope Smithy can bring home a title for us. I couldn't careless where Bennett goes to. Titles do not show the true picture.
