I told you guys...this year we will not beat manly, dogs, panthers, dragons, sharks, knights and warriors. Regardless where, how many injuries they have, what there form is....I guarentee you we will lose.

Smith has dropped his bundle too
Hooks SKD for a missed tackle bur not Perret or the other idiots on the field.
How do you drop your best player from last week on Tom Symonds and play these other bludgers ?

I dont see the Beagles as irrelevant, look how long it took the Drizzle to get over them last week and then look what they did to the Tits. It was always gonna be tough particularly if we turned up soft.

                    Disgusted

Have followed the bloody roosters since 1965 and they put in a shit performance like this against manly...going to be another bloody frustrating year... Maybe have to go back to following aussie rules... At least knowing score i don't have to wait for those arrogant bastards on channel nine to show replay as i certainly wont be watching this shit

The roosters couldn't beat time with a stick...

Unbelievable. I truly cannot believe what I've just seen. Why is it that we continuously succumb to irrelevant or significantly understrength sides? Not to sure what to make of Anasta's effort today - 5 runs for 30 metres. How is that possible for a bloke who played the full 80? In contrast, A.Tolman of the Dogs would have played 60 mins max and made 24 runs for over 150 metres. Isn't this bloke meant to be our skipper? I honestly think Braith should be made the scapegoat here. Time and time again we seem to delve into a lull against rubbish sides. It's his responsibility to rev us up in what he does.

Its complacency. We were honestly on fire for 60 minutes against Souths and at times during the game against Manly we turned it on but we did not show a quarter of the heart Manly did in this match.

We under-estimated them and that as a Roosters die hard is the most disappointing aspect of this loss today. We are the Grand Finalist for F-sake and at home and Manly missing players and to lose in that fashion was depressing.

Honestly, Braiths performance today was truly soft, 5 runs? you are our captain, you needed to stamp your authority today because this was a danger game all week. It was poor and he has a lot to answer for because he is a Lock slash Second Rower not our Five-Eight harden up.

How did the Roosters fare with the penalties today ?

I'm looking for an excuse for being beaten by a much under strength opposition.
