Cost of living, housing affordability, lifestyle, many factors. In saying that all those factors have gone up the shit now, and we are living with the same problems we tried to escape from.

Born a rooster my Dad grew up in Bondi both parents follow them My old brothers and sister are dirty dog fans .
I live in redland bay . If we didn't have Straddie would be just like bondi of the north plenty of kiwi here too . lol .
