Thats the thing with addicts- you always expect a relapse but hope it doesn't happen. I agree with Brain, he's probably been drinking for some months, but as long as it doesn't result in bad publicity I guess it doesn't matter.

I don't know the details of his contract/agreement with the club, but I'm sure he isn't banned from drinking alcohol at all.

Anyway, now lets get ready for all the vitriollic and over the top criticism of him and our club by fans of the other clubs who would love to play us without him in the team.

Let's hope common sense prevails and we don't lose him for too long (suspension).
