If these players are on Origin duty then who will fill in for them at club level?

I wouldnt worry about Anasta he would have to be lucky, Friend is an emerging player who may grab a spot on the bench but I doubt it this year wheres as the one we will lose will probably be Kennedy

At least NSW players are a loyal bunch and know that the state they are representing is their own and won't be jumping ship to AFL anytime soon.. and no Souths players to cheer for either.

I very much doubt Braith will play Origin. I don't believe he and Sticky have seen eye to eye since Sticky made him play the 2006 season with that groin injury.

And there would have to be quite a few injuries for Qld for Jake to come into contention - he'd be behind Cam Smith, Mat Ballin and Nathan Friend for starters when it comes to the hooker/utility role.

Not sure, but whilst it blows we receive no bye going into any of the Origins this season - we play two at home to Canberra and Newcastle (not great travelling teams and will likely have a few key players out too) and Melbourne away (their big 3 will be playing Origin) so we should be a good chance in all of them even with Pearce and Carney most likely out and Myles most definitely with Queensland.
