I hope so, I have no doubts that the two new teams coming in 2013 would have an eye on a lot of our youngsters. Most importantly or Pearcey & Carney... They'll no doubt be looking for a half a their marquee signing.

I'm all for SKD to continue his improvement. I just hope if he does have a tough run people stick with him. I have no doubt the minute he has a few off games many of those on here will be questioning his 5 year contract.

That's a lot of money considering the length of the contract.

Bad move in my opinion. 3 years is the longest contract that clubs should be issuing barring extraordinary cases - Slater, Hayne, Prince, etc

Mundine bashing is old. He tore Danny Green apart after years of the "Green Machine" using him to generate publicity. He played rugby league at the top level and said he was off to win a world boxing title. He did that too. He's not a hack, he's a top quality athlete.

Most people would not have the courage to bag him to his face but willingly do it in anonymous forum... Says more about them than Choc, I reckon.

Fair enough, Green, Kessler and Ottke are nobodies. He's the one who made people interested in Australian boxing again and gets no credit for it. I think people have a blind spot when it comes to him. He comes from a good family and doesn't brag about the charity work he has always done. His public persona is about putting bums on seats.
