It had everything.

Only the comeback against the Knights comes close.

It is the game that would extend Braith's status among the easts faithful

Even when SKD took the intercept, was hoping like hell we would not drop the farking ball.
Even when he was putting the ball down over the line with one hand, had me nervous.

Easts v Wests would have been the highest rating grand final in history, they were playing stunning footy and so were we......but the referee riding Dragons ruined it all.

Also I was pretty sure we won the scrum against the feed. I have watched it over and over!!!!
It was all legit IMO... came out the back, Tiger's feet touched it, scrum ended with a ball on the ground and FPN jumped on it. At the same time Lote and co can be seen in the background completely off-guard celebrating and blowing kisses to the crowd. Best moment of the year no questions asked!

I keep putting that out of my mind. However...he DIDN'T miss mainly because he had been practising field goals and drop kicks in the weeks before as if by some divine intervention.......JG perhaps?
I haven't got over the game yet.
