The 3 reasons why we lost!!!!!!

i went home after the game and watched the replay straight away...

aside from the weather not favoring our style of play ( although i thought it would hurt them just as much) we lost because.... in this order

1(by a country mile) poor reffing decisions against us at crucial times... which in 3 times led directly to points against us and in 2 possibly 3 circumstances cost us points...

2 poor decisions by our halves at crucial times

3 the combination of our left hand edge.... i couldnt hold higher hopes for the boys (linnet and bj) but having only played 3 games together all year didnt help their cause....

i dont like losing yet understand it is a part of life but cant except it when there are outside influences at hand, influences sinister to that of just the bounce of the ball....
cant wait till next year.. an even stronger squad with even more reasons to succeed... ROOSTERS!!!!!!

How about the rain? In 03. it rained prior and in between the match. In 04, the same. Our feathers don't sore when their wet.

Yeah my 3 reasons...

1) Rain. Brought back memories from when the Riff demolished us in the rain!
2) Carney missed both conversions (they were tough but that is out of character for him.)
3) BJ/Linnet got dominated and were left completely exposed.
4) Failure to turn our 1st half dominance into points.
5) A ruthless, experienced Dragons squad who wanted the win more than us at the end of the day.
