Funny, this morning I was on the motorbike, I had the jersey on and rode past a house with some blokes outside. There were cars with those small Saints flags on them.

Anyway, they were yelling stuff out as I rode by and two of the idiots threw a water bottle and can. They missed as I was only going about 45-50k, so I rode some metres and did a u turn to go back and say something, but they went inside.

I couldnt have done anyhting because there were about 6 or 8 of these blokes but I thought, yeah lovely calibre of supporter.

don't remember getting anywhere near that amount of shit from dogs or panthers. maybe the dogs were a bit cocky and mouthy but I don't ever recall getting as uniform negative pissy reaction from them as when we have lost to illawarra-st-george.

Bulldogs are worse but anyway. I don't believe it was 6 to 1. We had a lot of support out there.

Look as much as I hate it coming from Merge or Vermin (very rarely) fans especially , there is absolutely nothing wrong with rubbing in a victory. Its 'part of the game'. Creates passion.

We get as good as we give.

Both radio stations and Fox Sports News reported it as 6 to 1, and being there, it felt like it. We don't have many supporters, nothing new.

Truly wasnt as bad as we thought it would be though RWB. The Southern end was rocking!

This is true. It was good to have the Easts fans concentrated at the Southern End. It would have been great to silence the majority, but alas.

The roar of the St George fans was as loud as I've ever heard at a RL game. They had unbelievable support today.

You are an idiot. Someone asked the question "do we have dickhead fans" (or something similar). Your lack of empathy/sympathy/common sense shows that we also have dickhead fans.

In fact, if throwing food at someone is your idea of okay, I for one (and I dare say, the club), would rather not associate with you as a fan.

                        Pull your head in.

That's not correct...the Dragons fans would have snapped up GF tickets early on in the year as it would have been a sure thing to them they'd make the GF...the Roosters fans would not have been expecting this new team with a new coach to go all the way in their first year together....

I'm sure next year you'll see Roosters fans get in early as it would be a good expectation next year to see the boys get close to making the GF again after what they proved this year...

Lets not forget the riot at Kogarah Leagues club they had last night. Charming.

I know we trashed Spring Street a bit in 2002 but there was never any malice, just enthusiasm in winning. And we couldn't get into the club straight away either, despite being Easts Leagues & Roosters members and having had game tickets. Just the way the cookie crumbles, we waited patiently, and eventually got in.
