i considered it, but im not sure what kind of an atmosphere it would be like. im not sure if there would be a free flow of beers if you could get them at all. I think it would be a great place to watch it for families.

It pales in comparison to what the Dragons are getting tbh.

To be honest I was surprised there wasn't a live site somewhere else in the Eastern suburbs.

            Clarification regarding Live Site
            29/09/2010 9:14:36 AM

The Sydney Roosters would like to clarify comments made by NSW Premier Kristina Kenneally regarding the opportunity to host a live site for this Sunday’s Grand Final.

After lengthy discussions with the NSW Minister for Sport, it was mutually decided that due to other events in the Moore Park precinct, including Park Life, that logistically it would cause more problems than benefits.

With road closures and extremely limited parking in the area, including Centennial Park, the site was not feasible.

As an alternative, Easts Leagues Club will be showing the game live on the big screen in the Kro Bar. There is parking in Eastgate shopping centre and Westfields as well as on street. Entry is for Easts Leagues Club Members only.
