Not every ticket on ebay will be sold by scalpers...

Check the starting prices and the feedback of the sellers....if they are the price that is already charged by Ticketek, you can usually say they are not scalpers....and if it is genuine sellers trying to offload a couple of tix, its not their fault that bidders push the prices up....
